• It's just come to my attention that this website looks a little strange and not properly formatted (eg. some html tags being visible) in IE 8 -- at least it does on my computer.  If it does on your computer as well I apologize.  This website looks normal (again, obviously, on my computer) using Firefox 3.6.15.  As I only use IE for Windows updates my motivation for investigating and trying to fix the discrepancy between browsers is extremely low, and frankly currently at the bottom of my 'to do' list.  Just so you know.

• I thought it was about time I uploaded some new pictures.

•  The VW of Canada website has a handy tool for finding out whether a particular VW is subject to any recalls.  All you need to do is type in the VIN.   My intention was to discover whether my R32 was subject to a VW recall (about potential fuel leaks) I had read about recently.  It wasn't, but there was another recall from October 2009 regarding the ignition coils.  I called my local dealership to confirm and ended up making an appointment.  Check R32 maintenance for details.
• MS Word has been acting very strange lately in regards to editing/uploading this website (don't get me started!), so this year I decided to try a different editor.  So please forgive inconsistent formatting and any minor (or major) hiccups along the way, or send me an e-mail if you find any broken links or anything.  This website isn't the prettiest but I hope it's at least somewhat useful for anyone looking for information on the 2004 VW Golf R32.
